Please feel free to use this 30 minute window before and after workshop to journal, socialize, or sit quietly and enjoy the peace this land offers. 

Insightful Sound is a 6 hour event, offering breath and gentle chakra yoga, sound bath, energy and angelic healing, as well as psychic readings. You will understand and experience how to calm your body, mind and emotions. This prepares you to receive insightful and healing messages from your angels. You will leave this sacred space with tools to maintain the healing you will acquire during this workshop.
